that means im definitely being built next week right?

How long does it usually take from build date to delivery, I know my dad's F350 took about 2 weeks.

Other May 23rd build date peoples...represent!

My V6 Convertible was ordered 4/30 and I was also given May 23 for the build date.

What is this Erl I keep hearing about?

I need a vin to get my insurance going, they need 2 weeks for the paperwork.

I'm calling Ford today and everyday until I get a vin #. I hope the guys at the plant are in good moods and having a great week. heck, I'd send over lunch for them if Ford would tell me where to send it.

Oh, June 19 is my estimated delivery date.

 

As of May 28th shes on a rail carrier...how much longer now?

 

I was shipped on May 19th via Rail Carrier and no car yet. Of course I live in the Northwest. It seems folks in Florida are enjoying a 5 to 8 day turn around.

 

Which one is faster? Rail or Convoy?

Before it said Shipped via convoy then it said railcar...was it transferred from convoy to rail? is that bad?

 

I think the "convoy carrier" message right before you get "rail" is the process of moving the car from Flat Rock's retention lot to the railyard.

 

A sales rep called me lastnight and said my ETA is anywhere between June 8th to the 16th...big gap eh =P

 

I was built on May 26th and the ERL still tells me "As of May 26th your vehicle was produced". I guess I'm one of those lucky ones waiting on a rail car or something.

 

My baby was born May 25, shipped May 25 (busy day?) Anyway arrived yesterday afternoon in Minneapolis, scheduled to dealer week of June 4. Gees it will be almost 8 months since ordering

How much longer? I'm seriously dying now!

 

Got the call at 3:30 this afternoon. I can pick it up tomorrow but I went when they closed and looked at it...all I gotta say is it was worth the wait!!
