Attended two great shows this weekend:
Cruising the LakeShore on Friday night - 350 cars of all makes made the 19 mile trip from Manitowoc's Silver Creek Park to Neshotah Park in Two Rivers.

Attended the Manes and Planes Show at Oshkosh EAA Air Museum. Met some awesome people and saw some great cars. Jim from Waukesha is a great guy!

A friend of mine went to Oshkosh a couple of years ago. He said he really liked it. Except that somebody put a dent in the leading edge of the wing of his Cessna 150.

He got it fixed though......

 

Oshkosh rocks! Heh, they have so many planes there I can imagine you could get wing-dings in the parking area

 

Actually, I took a bunch, but I have company over the house so getting them ready to share will take some time. Lots of awesome cars from all generations, inculding the only two Ford GTX conversions (convertible GTs). Awesome show.

 

Nice backdrop. Nice ride too!

 

The weather was great and we had many high quality cars there. Helicopter and Plane rides available. Kids from 8 - 14? got free plane rides through the Junior Eagles program. Great food catered by Kodiak Jacks as well as a DJ. Touring the Airventure Museum is also free with registration for everyone in your car. Here are a few pics from the show.

 

Here is the plane the kids got to fly in and my 2 oldest getting ready for a ride......

 

Everyone who wants to, can get their pic taken with a P-51 Mustang in the background. Only $5 and you get the pic emailed to you. I always print mine at Walgreens and frame them up. This is mine from last year, this years should be coming soon.

I stood and stared at your car for a good bit on Saturday....very nice ride and great job on the mods.....

it was a lot of fun to ride up and back home with the pack.....neat to watch the drivers in other cars point out the line of mustangs going past them.....

That lools great! The Mustang (car) was named after the Mustang fighter. Very cool pics!
