Thumbs down

Im putting on a Catback system and I have the car up about 3 feet in the back
and ramps in the front. I cant seem to get it out from the axel.
Its disconnected and the muffler is on the floor.
I just cant get the pipe out from around the axel.
Do you take off the tire to curl it out or how did you do it?
HELP....
I know.....put it in the ext mods section but I need an answer fast and some of you Catback people dont look in there.

By the way....my stripes turned out AWESOME!!!!!!!

Thanks!!!

Ya lost me somewhere. You say your muffler is on the floor. Did you disconnect the muffler from the connector pipe? I removed the mufflers, loosened the clamps at the H pipe and then removed the connector pipes with no problems.

Edit: I think you have things backwards. The back end should be on the ramps and your front end higher in the air. The connector pipes will easily remove from the axle but you need enough clearance for the pipe.

No, in my garage. Rear was on stands and front was jacked up as high as my floor jack would go. Just cleared it.

everything is sectional

just losen all the blots at every section and it'll all slide apart.

takes about 15 minutes

I'm not familiar with the technical term "blots".

Blots are a distant cousin to the bolts family. Just a little more rounded around the edges.

Johnny, he is not having problems with the bolts. The problem is he doesn't have enough clearance under the car to remove the pipe. Due to the angle he needs a close to 2 feet of clearance to get the pipes out of there.
