Looking for NEW sill plate insert

I’m looking for a new sill plate insert, identical to the one pictured.
And are the inserts difficult to remove?
Thanks

Hello,

Ford Never Serviced the Insert By Itself. You Can Find Used For About $ 50.00 and Still Get Some of Them Still New. The Sills are Clips & Stick Tape. I believe the Insert is as Well. Tape That is! You Should Be Able to Pull those Off with a Heat Gun or Good Hair Dryer and Possibly Ding out the Dents. Once You Get off Use a Rounded Blunt Instrument about the Size of a Pencil Eraser. SLOW & EASY! Surprised they are not Already OBSOLETE. Don't Put Off if you Need Them!

Might Check on You Tube For Aluminum or Chrome Dent Removal Vids!

If Not You Could Leave Them Off as Then you Just Have Plain Mustang in Embossed Plastic. Ford Used to Sell Lighted Door Sills Also And Maybe a Member Pulled off the Insert Style and Could Sell you Some Used Ones.

I will Post Some Links for You! I do Not Recall if the aftermarket had Any Offerings as Far as the Insert Itself.

Make Sure and Use a Vin When Asked for Correct Part!

Since you are thinking 'new' sills, do these work on the 2005 - 2009 model years? They light up and are certainly cool. I have no idea if you can buy them separate or if they are part of the whole package with the puddle lights.

Wow, @VGMStudios Love your customization. Looks very sharp. Even though the stock setup is very nice, yours is way cooler. From what I saw in the video that appears to be your previous car? Did you have a thread on how you did that?

Thank you shaneyusa. Yes it was my previous car but I took them off before insurance took him away and will be putting them on my current one.
As for how I did it, really simple. I took the light up ones that I had, the 'before' ones in the video. Took out the plate and electronics and replaced it with a 3rd party one that were made for the 2015 Mustang. Let me check the sills and I'll get back to you how I managed to install them cause I know the 2015s are longer in size. I can't remember if just glued them in or cut them to size.
Here are the 2015s that I bought, man they've gone up in price! .
