After hearing others bad experiences with parts suppliers, I have to share a good experience.

I just ordered some BMR suspension parts from LMPerformance.com. I had an email from a customer rep within 20 minutes stating that one of the parts was on back order. They gave me the choice to take the parts that were ready now and wait on the one piece or delay the entire order.

Actually had several emails back and forth within an hour or so. Seems like they have really good customer service over there. Most places would just let your order sit and rot and not tell you anything.

I'll definitely do business with them again.

 

LMPerformance moves fast for their clients. Another one worth mentioning would be rpmoutlet. Excellent prices and good customer service

 

Totally opposite with me. They took my order and I waited. And waited. Emailed. And emailed. Phoned... got the run around. Finally threatened them with credit card company. POOF! Order was shipped. Never again! :notnice:

 

I have only dealed with lmpeformance.com once and I was happy with their service. I ordered my loudmouths from them with free shipping and I recieved them in 2 days. I would buy from them again.

 

I also ordered and had no problems. I had one part on back order but it shipped within a couple of days.

 

LMPerformance, RPMOutlet and Summit Racing have all done me good with no problems...

 

got my k&n from them, got here pretty quick, good service, but it could've been better packaged

 

I've had great experiences with LMPerformance.

 

Also had good experiance with lmperformance. My order was processed FAST although my loudmouths took a week to get here, because they were shipped ground, for free mind you, from Florida to California. Great service, I was able to start tracking the order probably no more than 8 hours after I ordered via internet.
