Well from what I've always read in 5.0 mustang mag and other mustang magazines, the "mustang dynos" are always notoriously a bit low vs other brand of dynos... So will be interesting to cross reference this with a few other dyno runs...

Yes its confirmed, considering the dyno sheet says "mustang dyno" at the top. Mustang dynos measure the horsepower under load, so the rollers have resistance against the car when they are spinning.. A Dynojet does not, which is why it generally has higher numbers than the mustang dyno.

"The Dynojet will generally put down another 10-15% more whp than a Mustang Dyno according to Greg at Speedworks"
Oh ok...i didnt really look at the top of the sheet...thanks for pointing that out
somethings messed up with those calculations... a mustang dyno is a better representation of real world driving correct?

exactly, it makes for much more accurate tunes and is much 'safer' to tune on when pushing to extremes. All other cars are judged on the 'standard' dynojet, so when you compare apples for apples you use those numbers.

Those hp and tq curves look AMAZING!!!! The torque curve is practically a horizontal line. All of the torque is almost available at 1000rpm. The hp curve even looks better than most cars torque curves. Very nice. Lots of power everywhere.....
