Accoring to page 2 of the Order Guide (9/1/04), "Steering wheel - leather-wrapped, tilt" is standard on GT Deluxe.
But when you build either a GT Deluxe or Premium on the Ford Web Site, "Tilt Steering Wheel" is listed as standard with no mention of it being Leather-Wrapped. It shows up only when you add the IUP.
With the exeption of the late '95 GTS and '96-97 w/o PEP 249A (basically a GTS but not promoted that way), a Leather-Wrapped Steering Wheel has been standard on all GT Mustangs.
It would be kind of strange to have Leather Seats (std. Premium), but no Leather-Wrapped Wheel w/o ordering the IUP.
This has got to be a typo !!

Nope, the IUP isn't exactly an expensive addition for what you get. I think you'll find 90% or more of all Mustang sales will get the IUP addition.
