730 miles? Give her ****. You will never keep that car long enough to kill the motor anyways. Something always comes up.

Kid...........this will be the 100th time you've heard this, but be careful.

No matter what kind of car you're in as a young driver, there's a 95% chance you're going to want to explore the limits of that car, it's just human nature. And the Mustang has some relatively high limits......

My first car was a 75 Camaro, and I got in an accident the second weekend I had it, followed by two more in the next six months ( one of which was my fault ). Also, and this is most important, don't let others goad you into dangerous driving situations. This is when a lot of accidents occur.

With that being said, enjoy you're new ride, but always think twice about what you're doing when you decide to stomp on it. God knows it's fun to do, but if/when you do it, do it at the drag strip, or on the most deserted road you can find.........

Hey, as long as mom & dad say it's ok.

Seriously, I assume you were born in '91. My son was born in '90 and this is exactly why I don't let him drive my Mustang unless I'm with him.

Back when you were 8 years old, another 16 year-old was racing his Mustang down the main street outside our subdivision. He lost control of his car and hit a lady that my wife knows head-on. Both of her legs were broken, but she survived. Oh, the kid and the Mustang??....the Mustang split into 3 pieces all a hundred feet from another......the fronthalf , the back half and the upside-down floor pan which still had both front seats bolted to it. I thought, "****, that's alot of transmission fluid all over the place". Kind of shocks you when you pass the scene and see a white and red sheet covering someone laying on the street.

Take it to the drag strip and beat the living crap out of it....this way you won't kill an innocent person doing it.

I actually thought you hit something when i read the title. You scared me for a second. Ive had my car since the night of the 5th and only have 90 miles. Today was my first day off from work since then though so thats probably why

I say enjoy the car and get into it a little. It isn't going to hurt it. At the very least find a deserted straight road, but if you have a track nearby, that's even better.
