Just came home with a Screaming Yellow Vert!
Well, a few days ago that is! I was out looking at the Mustangs, wishing I could bring one of them home to keep my 2003 redfire GT company when I spotted a yellow vert V6 off in a corner of the lot...so I went to investigate. Deluxe model, 5 speed, with power 6 way seat, and Sport Appearance Package...wait...a 2005 model? Still new? Ok, I had to find out what was up...perhaps something was wrong with it...come to find out, no, just no one bought it yet...there were several other 05's still sitting around as well. Next thing I know I'm test driving it, and I fell in love...I had to have it! Got a great price on it cause it was an 05, and I brought it home! I immediately started adding things to it...got a set of GT wheels and tires, Pony Package grill and Mustang emblems for the sides...essentially it almost looks like a Pony Package (love the Pony Package) but it's a vert with a stick which for some weird reason you can't get with the Pony...anyhow, here's a few pics I snapped in between drives!! Was so excited to bring it home I forgot to let the dealer put the antenna back on...got to go get it this week! Here's the pics:

Thanks folks! This is my first convertible and it's easy to see why they are so popular...I didn't really get the whole thing with convertibles until I drove this one and I was hooked :-)
April, here's a pic as an attachment...I'm hoping that I can make this one look as nice as your Eleanor, but without the snakes it'll never be as cool :-).

A word of caution or warning
Be very careful approaching the car on sunny days.
I can not tell you how many times I have blinded myself looking at the car the wrong way.
When I'm drying mine off after a wash I have spots in my eyes for almost an hour after drying. (Better them be in my eyes than on the car
)

looks fantastic, yellow was my choice of color for a long time, I love the looks.
