How many people that ordered your car in june have not gotten them yet like mine? My ship date was 10/02. My vin # is 103582.

 

I ordered mine in June and I'm due for delivery this Thursday, if not, Friday, took me a while just to get answers, best bet, keep bugging your dealer, they should have an ETA from the transport carrier of when the car should arrive..........

On hold for now...dealer had no ETA for mine.

 

Hope you get it maverick, but dont get to upset if it dos'nt show up. I e-mail dealer on mon and fri all they say is any day, wont be long now, should be soon. Heard that since 10/15. Build date 9/29 ship date 10/02 eta ??

Ordered 5-21, B) built 9-8, system showing ship 10-7, : :scratch: EDD 10-14. :bang: District rep called and told mine with 3000+ are waiting on rail cars to deliver. No idea when....

 

I can't figure out why some June orders have not yet arrived while some of us who ordered in July and August have already got ours....Good luck and I hope you get them soon. They are worth the wait....

Call Ford Customer Service and get your OWN status, assuming you have a VIN. Make sure that the car really is in progress (and be patient in that case). Just make sure that they didn't sell your car out from underneath you!

My car was built 10/18 and I had it 12 days later.

 

Ya ya, its all the same story for us. I ordered mine June 13th, built September 29th, shipped Oct 2nd, Never arrived.


Maybe they donated it to charity?

 

May '04 order. Build date of 9/7. Vin# 0654. Still waiting. Dealer says it's still at the factory with hundreds of other first off the line and no reason for the delay. It is hard to see others driving around town when I was one of the first to order and have one of the first few hundred vin#'s.

 

Part of the problem with out-of-order arrivals might be that some later orders were done as changes to existing, earlier orders. That's what my dealer said he did for my order. So you may think you ordered late, but really ordered earlier.

so it's supposed to be here some time this week. (supposidly) like was mentioned before...try calling the ford customer service center. the reps are really nice and may be able to tell you a little more information if you don't already have it.

No, it looks like all the new releases are flowing really well. It's people built in Sept and released to rail prior to Oct 15 that are blocked up.

Cool so there is a chance I will get it late November/early December. As long as there is no snow the day I get it I will be happy. Just wish it wasn't getting so cold. It will take a lot longer to put my stripes on. :bang:
