Interior Upgrade Package
#22
If your going to drop 20k plus on a car you might as well get all the bells and whistles
Anyways... On the current Mustangs the IUP is only $345.00 I can't imagine it costs much more on the new Mustang. Same upgrade with an addition of the MyColor.

What colour IS the plain gauge by the way?
Is it all green?
or are the gauges white? (like what the IUP has without the lights on)

I've seen tons of engine pics w/o the cover, but only a few with it. Wonder which way it's gonna be.

Yeah the gauges are on all the time..however with the mycolour display....they are white when no lights are on....
and turn your 'set' colour when the lights are on.
So if the regular NON IUp package has green gauges all the time...assuming green ALL the time (lights on or off)
not white/green.
Confused yet

Yeah, but the IUP includes the techno Message Disply, so that IS more than $345 I bet... closer to $750 I think.

Actually you guys are predicting less for IUP than I was thinking, so cool. I asked that question (about pricing) one time and no one would speculate so its cool to see some predictions. I ordered with IUP and just noticed the steering wheel looks alot cooler on the one with.

Oh yeah! I hadn't noticed the steering wheel looking different, good observation. Now I'm even more glad I ordered the IUP.

I think the only goofy thing left to want with the IUP is some volume and radio station buttons on the steering wheel. If you've had them on a car before, you know they're the next best thing to sliced bread (no looking down, no fumbling).
By the way, the radio has changed in size completely. I guess this means nicer displays from Sony or Panasonic are out of the question, as they are all the typical deck/receiver size as in the 99-04 generation. Hmph.

As a price guessamite I would put the IUP at $895-1195 MSRP. I think that would be reasonable for what is included. Whatever the cost, even if it was more we would have ordered it.
