I'm confused. Do I place the sinle step primer on the backside of the louvers and the urethane on car. (in the primer's instructions it says do not use on freshly cut urethane) sorry if this sounds like a dumb question its late and i'm tired

 

The primer's an adhesion promotor and 'bites' into the lexan, which allows the adhesive to grab hold. If you haven't applied the primer yet, then go ahead and lightly sand the inside surface too. The rough inside surface will make a smoother install. ...(but don't get crazy now)

Place the louver painted side down on some cardboard, lightly sand the inside outer surface, then primer. Then apply the adhesive to where the factory adhesive used to be on the car's body. Make sure you check SHR's site for more complete directions. Good luck.

Finally after long 6hrs install is complete They look amaizing I just hope that there are no leaks and the louvers hold up . I will post some pics later and thanks for the help 05GT-O.C.D.
