I'm really getting frustrated now

I'm new here so just getting up to speed on the various forum categories - this one caught my attention right away. I've held off ordering a V6 Premium till pricing is available. Have you that have already placed orders already got arrangements with your dealers regarding a relative price? Like paying invoice plus some specific amount or paying MSRP less some percent???

I ordered a V6 premium from my dealer who said he would do $200 over invoice. Keep in mind that if you get the V6 with manual transmission, it wont be built til at least 11/29/04

Cedar Point did the same exact thing with their 420ft tall coaster. The ride was more than 300ft tall and still going up before they announced ANYTHING about it. When you asked what it was, they'd act like the HUGE tower wasn't there. They successfully advertised their new ride by not saying anything at all. Ford is doing something similar here. Keeping us tied up long enough to not care what they tell us, but caring just THAT they tell us. I'd say it's working.

Don't let your shorts get all in a bunch. We'll have pricing on Sept 27, only 2 weeks and 2 days to go.
I wouldn't be surprised to see prices leak out on the internet just before Sept 27 too.

All the options, no money down, delivery fees, tax, title, and license???? It could be close.

I'll be ready for a $30k price tag too
I figure it will be close for all options except auto tranny and Shaker 1000. Hopefully the 18s will be ready when I buy in spring.

I think my own calculations with Illinois tax and title included, added up to around $29,000 -- I then dropped the Shaker 1000 since I need to move stuff around (more trunk space), so the new price may be closer to $28,300 guesstimated.
I like the reverse logic applied by some, lol -- "Like OMG, I NEED to know the price!!" No, because if you do, you maybe should not purchase such an expensive object. All salespeople know that anyone who really NEEDS pricing is not usually savvy, they just can't afford it or barely can and will not eat or shop due to monthly car payments. Sorry, it's a sheer sales statistic and I know some will still say "... but pricing is the tease!" No it's not, sheesh. Details about the car are great, but pricing is what stops most purchases and you all have good knowledge of what the pricing will be even without it. It's the minor detail people who can afford the car don't care about.

I'm getting a GT that will hopefully be just under 25k...the thing is I want to know if that is going to be the price. 25k is pretty much my cap, so, if this keeps dragging out...I don't think I'll be able to handle it

05GT4me, I've gone over your other post and I don't mean to go all Grantsdale on ya but do you have anything to add that matters? I'm serious, I'm not trying to be mean.
