Vapor Silver

With this knowledge, I started searching for pix of 2008 Focuses and came across these. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2008-ford-focus/

Note that in the link above, the top pix are obviously Silver Frost. Middle pix are Vista Blue. Look at the bottom pix. It ain't Ebony, Kiwi Green, Red, White, or Ice blue. So that just leaves Vapor Silver.

Picture #3 seems to have a little green in it, and overall the color in the pix appears to be darker than S Silver and lighter than Tungsten. Attached is a zoomed in shot of what I'm refering to as a green tint in picture 3 above (looks a little green on my monitor).

I hope I'm not leading you all down the wrong path here, but I don't know what other color it could be.

i'm sure the color will look fantastic on the Mustang, but why does the Focus look like a Saturn all of a sudden?

 

I think this color will look good on the current Mustang.

 

I might have to sell the Stang to buy that 08 Focus!!

 

Might not be a bad call when China starts using all the crude oil supplies.

I was hoping that the focus would be out on the dealer lots soon so we could see it in person, but according to this site (a great reference for mulitple makes' order and production dates), the focus' job 1 isn't until after the 08 mustang's.

I may buy a '09 or '10 Focus ST, whenever they add more horsepower. It'd be a fun car to drive year-round.

 

I like that color. That will replace Tungsten nicely.

That looks nice Mark!!! Very FR500, however it looks like we got another variant of gray vice a differant Silver. I think that when I get back from Jolly Ole' I might incorporate it into my "new look"
