went to same dealer i got my 06 from for my girlfriends 07 orange convert

dealer said cannot add pony package to the orange v6...just to the orange?

is this possibly true???

if not what should i tell him to do in the computer to add it??

Your g/f ordered a V6 grabber orange convertable, right? And the dealer said you can't have the Pony Package on it, right?

That's not true, tell him to plug it into the computer. The computer will give a message if the combo is incompatable. But the order guide shows the Pony Package is good for all colors.

Is she wanting a stand tranny?

Wasn't there something with the 06's in that you could not get the manual tranny if you wanted the V6 vert with pony package.

So if she want Orange V6 vert with pony package, she may have to get the auto tranny.

Either the car is already scheduled, and its too late to make any changes, OR the dealer is being a stupid buthead. Not sure. Trust me, there is no issues with getting Orange with the Pony Package.

I did just think of something though. Did she order a Deluxe, or a Premium Package. If she ordered the Deluxe, the Pony Package cannot be ordered with that package code. You have go go up to the next code, which for a V6 vert, thats a 150A, for Deluxe, and a 160A for a Premium. Hope this helps, and you can get it squared away

 

thanks yea order was just put in credit wasnt even run yet but shes gonna call and tell him to add it before its put in i figured there shouldnt be a problem
