......that ford will release pricing on Monday. Don't kill me if they don't but I think they will.

I was reading the Motortrend article on the stang which says expect pricing close to launch.

I also don't think Ford will release pricing after Job 1.

In addition, pricing will likely be accurate in the November issues of the car mags which means that Ford has to release that info before the end of September.

Pricing for the 500, Freestyle etc. etc. are all available. Only the 05 stang is still missing.

Anyways, I just have a hunch and I thought I'd post my thoughts.

Hmmm, interesting. I'll be up at the Ford dealership near my house on Tuesday, more than likely. My sister is buying an '05 Escape, so I'll try to see how much those jokers know about the new 'stang.

They also should be getting Freestyles in this week, as well. I'll have to check those out just for kicks.

I bet they release it at the same time as the press release that the first one is rolling off the line.

I'm hoping for Tuesday. It would make sense to be on Job 1.

Well you would have to suspect this because as soon as they start production they have to know what all their costs will be and can't change anything after they start so... I would definitely expect to see some prices real soon. At latest the 7th, but who knows???

I posted this info a little while back on another thread. According to the Ford rep I talked to recently, expect Canadian pricing the week of 13 September. It could actually happen on that actual Monday itself.
