My fiance and I drove past a dealership where they had some GTs. She liked the GTs and especially liked the bullitt rims (she likes the bullitts on my silver GT), but when she saw the "optional" rims on one GT her response was, "Ohh, those are nasty. Why did they put those on a mustang. They, [bullitt rims] look so much better."
I still have not figured out what ford was thinking. Congrats. AND GOOD choice on the bullitt rims

We should have a rule, its fine to post that you got your car, but you gotta post pics at the same time, everytime I am ready to drool over a new car, I open it up with no pics

Congrats man.
Last Sat. I finally got to test drive a 05GT and loved it. I ordered a Sonic Blue GT with a 5-speed and bullit wheels. I'll be trading my 500HP 03 Cobra in so I'll have to get the Whipple kit for the 05 ASAP.
I guess that makes me the third Dan/Danny in this post with a Sonic Blue 05. Weird, Huh.

Congratulations, hope you really enjoy it. I had a '67 coupe, 289, color was LIME GOLD ( same color as Legend Lime on the '05 ). Have missed the '67 for many years so I knew I had to order an '05. Placed the order on Nov. 2. Premium Gt. Legend Lime , 5 Sp., Charcoal leather IUP, side air bags and Bullits with spinners ( had spinners on Magnum 500s on the '67). I have no word on build date--any ideas on when it will arrive ? I was told 6-8 weeks by the dealer.

He will he tucked her in late last night to the tune of 9:30 at night. I know he is planning on shining her up and taking some pics today..... This is a personal triumph for both of us as we have been working on this since jun lol.... Congrats dan can't wait to drive it.
