I called the customer service line and she said my car was in prep. It should be at the dealership Jan 7!! Hey, what's prep anyway?

Stranger yet, the car's build date was 12/13. My wifes B-day! My wife is kind of freaked out because I named her Christine.

There is nothing wrong with a car that wants herself to look perfect and can repair herself. It saves money over time since you don't have mechanical and body shop bills.
