Cool.. but I think the roof was flexing because it was a flimsy SUV roof. 1700 watts isn't that much. I'm running 1000 watts rms to my sub and I can give myself a hair follicle massage with the vibrating air, but my roof doesn't flex like that (also I have a sealed enclosure and aimed for sound quality instead of sound volume, but still.. 1000 watts - no roof flex). Either its much more than 1700 watts or his car is a P.O.S. (sorry, not a Ford fan, just a Mustang fan).
Also.. at the volume I listen to it (maybe 12-25% of max capacity), you can BARELY hear it outside of the car with the windows closed and nothing vibrates outside. Inside its still pretty chaotic. Our cars built really, really well. Sure the interior vibrates, but we don't have the ghetto panel vibration on the outside. Only place to improve is the trunk lid, which vibrates against the car when I play my sub louder than I need/want to.

Upon further review of the video and seeing the dashboard ripple like water, I want to believe it's alot more than 1700 watts. Or he's created a very efficient system and he should be commended. (Not that I want what he has, but that it's an extreme achievement to create that much bass with that "little" power)
