How satisfied are you with 05 Mustang?

Get the Mustang,
you'll get a brand-new car with a warranty as opposed to a heavy truck that could cost you tons to fix if it breaks down. Plus, with gas the way it is, a Mustang is definitley better.

Navigator?
Come on, these are very different vehicles.

I can get a new Mustang GT loaded, OR a 1974 Piper Cherokee 160 with the better wing then the '75-up, with fresh paint and engine and GPS, only 3600 TTAF hours for $28k. What should I get................ [/b][/quote]
Kev, you should get the plane and fly down to Alabama, pick up April and fly her back to your dealership and sell her a car! Preferably a black one.

I'll skip the observations about how different the vehicles are. I happen to think both look cool too (and I'm a lot farther from being a west coast rapper than you are). However, finishing college has a tendency to throw a lot of changes at you - some you expect, but some you don't expect. Jobs you think you have vanish. Fiancees suddenly appear as if out of nowhere. Pigs fly....
Anyway, if I were there (I smile - thinking of being 80 lbs lighter, teeth not needing crowns, artheritis gone) I'd play it conservative. I'd get the newer car that won't have the unexpected mechanical problems. I think the 'stang is the safer financial choice, as well as the fun choice. So it's a slam dunk.
