I searched and found a small thread about this from a while ago, but it only had a few replies. My wife's Pontiac G6 only had 3 miles on it. The dealer wouldn't let me test drive a GT b/c he said they were all customer orders when they came in, but I overheard a sales man say "Can i take the GT out for a bit", and the manager let him after a little persuasion. I want to make sure none of the employees are taking my car out for a joy ride while I'm still at work the day it comes in. I wish I could be there when it rolls of the truck, but it will probably be during the day.

Do you mean when arrived at the dealership and rolled off the transporter or when I picked it up?

14.1 when I picked it up. I bought from a rural dealership and the nearest gas station was a ways down the road (my salesman filled it up)

i think mine had 7 on it. When you buy a new car they give you a full tank of gas. So if it has some miles on it they probably took the long way to the gas station.

About 20Km or 15 miles I was a bit dissapointed in this the car wasn't PDIed yet but being a rare car up here at the time and having the IUP Someone had it out for a drive ,I know it was held for a Quality Check from Ford but there was no Sticker in the side window stating that the car was tested by them .

Ford only puts a couple of gallons in them at the factory according to the DORA. And they charge you for it

parents tell me it had 3.5 miles on it when they picked her up from the dealership...poor thing is parked and covered. Its killing me knowing that she's at my parents house just waiting for me to drive her when I get back from Germany in December!

Mine had 19 miles on it, but it was the "hot" new GT in the front of the dealership. I think it went on a couple test drives.

Mine had 8 before dealer prep and 10 when I actually drove it off the lot after the dealer got it ready and filled it up with gas.
