how does Ford schedule delivery to dealers

Okay, I finally got a build date the week of December 13, and will arrive the week of December 31 per Ford.
I know that in regard to scheduling builds the week starts on Monday (in my case December 13), but how does the scheduling work for delivery to the dealer?
The reason I ask is that Ford says the car is scheduled to arrive at the dealer the week of December 31 (which happens to be a Friday).
Does this mean that the car is due to arrive between Monday December 27 and Friday the 31st, or will the car arrive the first week of January?
