how can I figure out exact build date??
of my 08 GT?? Can I tell from the door label??? or some other way??

The engine has a date on it, but don't know if thats specific to the motor or the entire car. If I remember right the sticker with the date was located on the drivers side.

The easiest way is to run an OASIS report. You can get one from your service dpt or PM me your VIN. I'll run one for you.

The date on the door is only the month and year.

Or you could call this number and give the nice lady your vin number and she can tell you,

I just found out today what my car's build date is, got the info from my dealer on my receipt for having the airbag recall done.

I have yet to find my build sheet. What information is on an OASIS report? Is the OASIS report the same thing as a build sheet?

Yep, that is one way to get the build date. I had my salesperson run an OASIS check on my factory ordered GT the day I picked it up.

With out having both to compare, a quick overview would tell me that the seven pages I got would contain more info than a 1 page build sheet.
