Do the stock hoods have a crease from side to side that enables the hood to bend in half as opposed to going through the windshield during a front impact. If so, do all aftermarket hoods for the stang also have this crease? (Or is the crease a feature of all cars?)

 

I think it's federal law for all new cars to have the crease
