I am 100% serious kid... 100% - listen to me, OK. I have had a lot of experience and I just want you to do one thing - post a picture of your mom.

OK, I thought I could walk away from this, but I am totally obsessed now... I have to see a picture of this kids mom. Anyone else with me?

Oh, and Mach, that is a sweet picture man, looking like Ronnie Van Zant and s sh ' t. I did some time in Columbia, MO myself back in the early 90's. I owned the Business Loop with a 1990 5.0 LX 5-speed (only slightly modified ). I even taught my girlfriend how to launch that thing with the 2.73's and she was whippin' Z51 Corvettes. Ahhhh... good times... stupid Curve Ball ales making me spill my heart out on the internet.

hahahha man i can't get over that picture. I remember stuffing kids like you in lockers and garbage cans. We might have let you drive us around though, but you would have to stay in the car and wait for us. You have a nice car, but we couldnt let ne one realize we know you. Your allowed to drive everyone to the party, but you have to enter 15mins later on your own. hahhahahahha. Sorry I couldnt help myself. Im joking you look all kinds of cool. Im sure your the only one who sports a golf shirt, shorts, ball cap and paris hilton sun glasses. You must be so fashion forward in your high school. lol. Im sorry I know I come off sounding like an A$$h*** here however, you guys have to realize its not the fact that he got the car, or that he dresses and looks like a complete OC reject, but its his attitude and general swagger that makes me wanna slap the yellow of his teeth

As others have said - don't be stupid. 3 kids were killed - hit a tree at 100 mph last week not far from my home. It wasn't a Mustang. But stupid is stupid.

The pictures tell the story...

Be careful.

Hill Street was a great show. Completely unrealistic, but a great show.

Nice that your Mom got you that car, I myself had a 1974 Firebird which was "organically held together".....(the car was quite a few years old when I got it.) Just be super careful in it.

Did you steal your girlfriends sunglasses for that pic? Cause they look like a pair I have......

stop bustin ***** and grow up, styles are a lil different these days, and im willing to bet this guys not having problems gettin the kitty kat, while most of you seem hard up on getting a pic of this dudes mom, like. . . dont you have women in your lives? do you have lives?

to the dude who wrote something about rich spoiled kids and unintelligent parents. . . . well bad judgement is bad judgement and not really an indicator of intelligence, but some parents are desperate for their children to love them, some parents want their children to have things that they couldnt when they were younger or wouldnt now that theyre older, etc. the point is theres usually some psychological issue, some need to make up for a perceived lacking, that fuels these things. on top of that, if someones parents have money to spend like that, well they had to earn it, so they cant be that stoopid, now can they?

furthermore, if some of you go back and re-read this post and his original thread(s) youll find a lot of venom being spewed for no good reason, so i think this kids got the right to tell you guys where to stick it. . . honestly wheres the sense of community? we all obviously have a love of cars, these ponies in particular, yet the haves, have nots and has-beens are squabbling and for what? something that happened beyond the control of anyone here? thats what we're wasting forum space on, thats what you guys are wasting your time on?

jackasses

I agree with kingofsting. My hats off to the kid. I wish I was fortunate enough to have my mom buy me a brand new GT when I was 17. All I can say is just be careful dude. I drove like a maniac when I was your age (of course I still do) but we dont wanna see you as a statistic.

just about anyone on this forum would be more than happy to have a stang gt given to them, but face it, 99% of us had to work hard to get our cars, and still are working hard to keep them...

sure the car may have been given to him, but that doesnt make it right

thats why he is being hated on.

kingofsting its not about being young and styles being a little different "these days" im in my 20's not 40's or 50's so I know quite a bit about todays styles. Styles have always been diff through the times, but there have always been those monkies that could not quite grasp them, and did not have the style or swagger to pull them off naturally and came off looking like total fools by trying to hard to bite a style they saw on tv or wherever. I am not hating on this kid cause he got this car, but if you read my post, because of his attitude and genral overall swagger. he reminds me alot of similar kids I know from around here. Total fools trying too hard and saying all the wrong things. Instead of rising to the top of the social ladder like they are trying so desperatley to do, just end up being mocked and as you like to say"hated" on because of it.

From one spoiled kid to another- grow up. Your attitude and immaturity arent going to impress anyone on this board. I was given a brand new mustang at age 16 too. (although mine is a v6 since my parents decided a v8 would be a little too much for a new driver). I am very appreciative of what I was given and try to be humble and not flaunt and brag at every possible oppurtunity. Please stop going around flaunting what you have, its immature and honestly I dont think anyone cares. No one on here wished you had crashed your car, they were only warning you to be responsible and careful with what you have been given. They feared you lack of experience and immaturity would get you hurt, and they were right to think so. Just from reading your posts you seem to be nothing more than an immature tool who takes every chance he gets to tell everyone else why he is better than them. Do not come on a forum like this just to try and say "I proved all you idiots wrong." What bothers me the most is that I am labeled with the stereotypes that immature kids like you earn our age group. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you stay safe and out of trouble but please just grow up and stop acting so immature. And for the record using abbreviations for every other word does not make you cool.

Also I would like to add that to me it seems that most of the hate is directed towards his attitude (and rightly so) rather than the financial situation of his parents.
