some people tell me that they found more goodies or I should say other options in the car, just some stuff to screw around with like different settings. So I was just wondering if anyone else herd this or know some{if its true}. thanks

I find things all the time that I never knew were features. Just the other day, I was heading to work and a chime went off to let me know my turn signal had been left on! The message in the dash read "TURN SIGNAL REMINDER."
Just a little thing, but it was a nice touch.

Supposedly at night with the color changing gauges the fuel gauge will turn red when you're down near empty. I haven't ever seen it happen though. The coolant temp, battery, and oil pressure gauges will supposedly do that too if something goes wrong.

You know I've heard of that, but mine won't do it
I've taken it down to less than 1 mile to go before empty and it's never changed color on me. I just get that message center warning that my fuel is getting low when it gets to within 50 miles to empty.

Hey sixtysix, is you dashboard set to red? If so it might not work. I've had it turn red on me a couple of time cause I was too busy enjoying the drive to notice I need fuel!
Did anyone know the passenger side airbag will shut off automatically if the seat belt is fastened and the person in that seat doesn't meet a certain weight requirement?
Yeah, I just found the cup holder thing the other day.

Is that what that thing is for? I had no idea. how exactly do you adjust the parking brake, and what would make you want/need to adjust it?

Brand new, mine was pretty slack so to get the car to hold, even on a slight incline, I had to pull the handle up real high. In my '03 I never had to pull it up more than 2 clicks no matter how steep the incline was. Now the '05 is the same way.
Over time the cable will stretch so the tension needs to be adjusted. Or if some idiot mechanic pulls too hard on it, like one did on mine.

How long does it take before the alarm goes off? I have tried several times both sitting still and driving to get mine to do it - but so far no dice. I think I have driven for 5-10 minutes with my blinker on but no alarm or message.

What I think is cool, is that after to turn off the ignition and remove the key, the radio keeps on playing until you open the doors. You can also roll the windows up and down. (just in case you take the key out and forgot you left the windows down.

I got one.
Reach down to just above your left shin and to the left.
Pull the lever and a hidden goody is revealed from under the hood.

Are you serious?? I noticed this a few times. My lady is not very heavy, and sometimes when take a spin, it indicates the passenger airbag is off. I actually took it into the garage to have them check that, they said no problems/codes indicated.
