Don't get me wrong, I like the yellow. But isn't there enough yellow cars and trucks around right now. It's gonna become the Teals of the mid to late '90s. The Ford dealer around here had a boat-load of yellow F-150s. Mixed in the lot were also a bunch of red ones. It looked like a McDonald's convention. I think Ford should have gone with a color similar to the Grabber Orange or a color like on the GTR. Those would scream for attention more than just another yellow car even if it a hot new 'Stang.

Thanks for the pic! But, I agree with BlueStangVert and Galaxie. If there had been a DHG, then I wouldn't have even thought about another color. B)

I'm going to reserve judgement until I can see one a little more clearly with better angles.

Sure would look good next to my Phoenician Yellow '65 !! (I don't use this smile much, but I thought the banana was appropriate for this discussion.)

That would be the color I'd like to see. Even though the picture is pretty hazey, I think it will look good on the new body style.

I too would love to see DHG on this car, but maybe Ford is keeping it reserved for a reason. I mean, if there really is going to be a Bullitt film, they may be releasing a SE in a few years. You don't want DHG GT's flying around before the Bullitt debuts.

Not even close. I guarantee I'll count more black, red, white, silver, green, and blue, than yellow any day. But that's why i like it.

Dan, yes I do!

While I wouldn't buy one, I like that yellow. My first new car was a yellow 1970 Camaro SS350 and I had a yellow and black Honda CB450, but I guess I've moved out of my bumblebee era.

For everybody that hates it, wait til we see more pictures of it. That is a bad picture. Did you hate the 04 yellow mustangs? Cause that's the same color. It's certainly lighter than yellow GTO's.

Although, I am still debating on getting yellow or torch red. Especially now that I seen how good torch red looks with red interior. I just need to see them in person first.

That's an extremely crappy picture, from one of the worst possible angles on this car. I want to see a nice clear one from the front with a camera that has better color. Screaming Yellow is a great color -- I almost like it better than Canary Yellow. Almost.

LOL thats funny. but i too would have like to see an orange. but i guess i am kinda glad they didnt b/c then orange would become a fad or trendy color like the yellow is. the yellow looks good when they bring it out every couple years and then do away with it. there are too many yellow cars right now. i wouldnt mind seeing the orange come back w/ the cobra. that will give it a two year break

As long as it is not Zinc Yellow I like it. Chrome and Screaming are much better colors IMO. If you want attention buy a yellow car ....

- Yellow sticks out in every parking lot. (This could be good or bad thing though)
- Yellow even attracts insects like crazy!
- Yellow is not very hard to clean.

Don't buy a yellow car if you are on the fence about it. You might get sick of it, or the attention, after a month or so. I will also agree that yellow cars seem to be a a fad right now as they are more popular than ever.

I really don't think it's that bad, but it would end up costing me more $$$ with the attention it grabs from the local PD.

I'll stick with SB.
