They shoulda fabbed up a more exciting front bumper to win that thing some well deserved attention. Most badass 2.0 liter Mustang of all time. And that is a competetive class.

It's okay. That friggin gigantic wing out back, not my favorite, It looks like 3 strips or sheetmetal welded T-style. Not a bad car though

the best part is you could go to wally world and fill up on veggie if you dont wanna run deisel, the kits are cheap, my friend did it himself in like 4 hrs or something like that, and his jetta gets 190mpg with the veggie/ deisel. he fills up 1 every 2.5 months

I honestly would not mind a FlexFuel stang or even a bio-deisel

I agree and it has to be the next step. Let's be honest, high performance in a low MPG application just isn't impressive any longer.

enough with the teasing, how about a powerstroke-type diesel v8 engine instead? = torque MONSTER!

I heard that the 2010 Mustang (re-designed) will offer a turbodiesel V6, the same small displacement diesel V6 that will be used in the Ranger.

That would be interesting, do you know what horse power it would be?

I don't know that I would trade in my 08 GT for one, but it's kind of an interesting idea, if you know what I mean.

However, I thought Ford was going to get rid of the Ranger? It's too bad, it's not a bad little truck. And with a new diesel engine, it would be great!

I'm not sure if it was the Ranger, but I recall that they're using a small displacement turbodiesel V6 for the cars and very light trucks. The International V8 turbodiesels will be used in the bigger trucks and vans.
