Heater problem...Knob on "floor" but.....

I have the heater **** on "floor" , but it is blowing through the top windshield vent........Very strange. It does come out a little on the floor board, but most of the air is up on the windshield.........

ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM.................. :bang: Darn it!!

According to FORD, it is not a problem. It is how it was designed to help prevent the windows from fogging up when you just select the floor. Goofy design if you ask me, but it is not a problem with your car.
