They are folding/breakaways, too.

Here's a closeup of the one on the Driver's side:

If I'm not mistaken, those are Acura TSX mirrors.

They look great on the Stang!

Drew,
Where did you get the GT500 wheels ?
Are they replica's or the originals ?
How about those Turn signal mirrors ?

1--Turn signal mirrors are NOT on my car. I saw those on a Mustang in the suburbs of Tokyo, Japan, of all places It's been suggested that they are Acura TSX mirrors. They may also be Ford Export Mirrors.

2--The wheels are from www.americanmuscle.com !! They are replicas, black inserts w/ machined face. I got them "on sale" before they jacked up the prices on them, they've been sitting in my garage w/o tires since November. I couldn't afford to pass up the price on em at that time!

Drew, I 'm looking at the same setup for my Tungsten & Black GT could you give me some feed back on your other mods.
how do you like the Nitto 555s tires ?
Are they noisier then stock P Zero's ?
How much drop did you get with the FFR suspension ?
And lastly did the ride get much harder & noisier ?
I ask the last question because I find the stock suspenion noisy.
Thanks

1. I like the Nitto's a lot, I think I'll be able to use them to their full capability, and they had a reasonable price. The 555s are DEFINITELY noisier than the stock tires (I had BFG G-Force T/A KDWS from the factory w/ the 18" wheel option, though). The road noise is noticeable, but not unbearable. The GRIP of the tires is GREATLY increased over stock. Overall, I'm very happy w/ them so far. I'm going to do an HDPE at Phoenix Intl. Raceway in a few weeks, that will be the true test of their capability.

2. The FRPP suspension supposedly drops the car 1.5" all-around. I have pics from when she arrived at the dealer, the car looked like a 4x4. As soon as I signed the paperwork I turned her over to the dealer's shop to have the FRPP kit installed.

3. I've ridden in a few stock suspension GTs, the ride is definitely firmer (but not punishing--then again, I am 24, my definition of "punishing might be different from an older gentleman's) and there are some minor squeaks etc. associated w/ aftermarket suspensions and poly bushings. Keep the bushings greased properly and you won't notice anything. The car corners very flat and agressively.
