GRR on Ford service

So i woke up early to drop it off for the hesitation, the groan, and my front bumper missing some paint...

even though i mentioned the TSB 06-9-9 they said they had to reproduce it and couldnt grasp that the becasue i didnt come to a stop as said in the TSB that its the same **** problem... they claimed the groan was my tires cause there for high speed they "grip" alot... i call . it seems they just dont want to do any warranty work... any suggestions to get these a holes to fix my car.....

About the only alternative I can suggest is to take it to another Ford dealer. I live in a pretty small town, but there are two Ford dealers.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the service writers and even the service managers have a pretty high turnover. I've seen at least a dozen come and go at my dealer. Wait 'till next year, and there may be a service writer with some brains.
