Anybody ever use any of their products?? Wife brought me a kit with a Obital polisher and some polish and waxes. Wax is a little hard to get off but it does make the car shine.
I got a Orbital kit a few years back before they came out with their own design. Some of the stuff is good. Kinda pricey compared to other products that are out there. I still use their Wheel Cleaner, interior products and few other minor things
I use their interior stuff. They don't use any petrochemicals like Armor-All and some of the other companise use. Their interior dressing works great on tires, too, not too shiny or fake looking. But yeah, they are a little pricey.
I love their stuff. I have the orbital kit. IF you take the time to use it, your car will look fabulous.
The wax is hard to remove. Use a little water in a mist bottle or speed shine or spray on wax to wet it just a little as you wipe it off. IT comes off much easier and will look great.
It took me a while to see the difference, but, once I learned how to use their stuff, I won't go back to the others.
Definitely try the rubber cleaner, rubber and vinyl prep, interior cleaner, glass cleaner, paint clay, microfiber towels and various other items.
Their customer service is top notch. If you don't like something, send it back. They will take care of you. I had a detailing stool that got a little rust on on the post. I complained about it. They took it back and gave me a brand new one. 3 years after I bought it. No questions asked.

I love Griot's interior detail stuff, especially the "new car smell" spray. Had trouble with the wax removal as well so thanks for the tip. I look forward to their mailings and agree with the excellent customer shipping.
Good stuff. Like their Speed Detailer more than others on the market. Havent tried some of the other stuff.
+1 on the customer service. I got a pair of Piloti Driving shoes for Christmas from my fiance. Had to return them three times to get the size right but each time I talked to them on the phone was a joy.

Griot's is right in my neck of the woods. They are really nice guys, but yeah their stuff is pretty spendy when compared to some off the shelf brands.
Their demonstration showroom and warehouse is right in Tacoma WA. anyone in the area should stop out there at least once.

They also have demos at the warehouse on occasion. IT is worth the trip if you are trying to learn how to use their stuff. Esp the machine orbital.
It is my understanding that the main HQ is by you in Tacoma. They have a dist center in Indy. I'm not sure what ships from where.
Bottom line is, if you live near one of them, I suggest stopping by to check them out. Pretty neat place. Very well run business. The Customer Service experience is a big priority for them. They bend over backward to solve your problem.
