Grand American at Mid Ohio Pics

Here are some padock pictures from Grand Am at Mid Ohio. The mustangs in general did terrible because most of them crashed. They also didn't have the best times because Grand Am wants BMWs and Porsches to win. Since the new Mustang has started at Grand Am they have had to add mufflers, over 200 lbs of weight, a restricter plate, 3.55 gears instead of 4.10s and who knows what else. I guess they don't like American cars to win at Grand AMERICAN events.
Anyways, here are some pics.

Whoa awesome pics. I had thought the FR500 C used a sequential gearbox but it looks like a normal 6 speed.

Nice pictures.

It is a shame about the restrictions Grand-Am put on the cars...now instead of the cars being even (the Mustang's great speed and average handling would cancel out with the Porsche/BMW's average speed and great handling), the Europeans have the upper hand.

This is all I have. I can't believe that I forgot to get pictures of that. I will check with my brother-in-law tomorrow to see if he got some pics of them. I'm sure that he did.

Cool, let me find the best pics and I will send them. Brad, I just want to know if you remember me. I went with you on the tour of the Mustang plant. I have the blue mustang with the Bassani exhaust. Do you remember?

Great pics. Wow, a 650 lbs front spring! I though my 250 was a high rate.

Nice pictures, Ryan. Wish I would have know more TMS people were going. I did meet up with DanS.02GT for the second year. It was a perfect day for racing.
