I totally agree. I'm hoping that the 64W 18" wheels have the same retro bullitt style. I'm dying to see a picture of those!

Late availability for 18" bullitts.....decisions, decisions....

The fanblades are too "blingy" and not retro enough for my tastes. I like the Bullitts OK, but I like the polished V6 wheels best of all. They really strike the retro chord with me, look like they came right off a vintage Shelby.

I still like them a lot. I wish they were on the O5.

My only reason for not caring about having to wait is that I wanted these Fanblades! - Plus the fact I'm moving and will not have a garage for "THE BEAST" this summer!

Bring on the 06 - a OCT delivery would be sweet!

Doesn't match the car, but that is just my opinion.

If you take a look at this photo, you should see a resemblance to the wheels on the 1965 Shelby GT350. Seems they were blinging in 1965 - cool!

They look fine.
Not exactly my taste, but it will look good no doubt.
It's not retro, but it fits the car.
A nice variant for those inclined.

I think I'm just getting the standard bullits for now and then go for the Cragar setup. I think I'm leaning towards Cragar and some Goodyears.. Those are chromed and do fit the car IMO. Not too badly priced either. Since we are going to get the average all weather tire I'll be upgrading anyway, I might as well just give in to the temptation now. By the way, the cragars pictured below come in 18x9 sizing.

I don't think Ford will put out a pollished wheel, have they ever?

they will be chrome or some kind of paint/powder/clear varient for all weather exposure

I have bullits on my 05, my dad just ordered an 06 w/ fans and I have to admit, I am starting to lean away from the fans (I need some LIP)

dad was going to trade his fans for my Ford bluetooth kit and was going to get ROH Drifts (lots of LIP) on his toungstin vert w/ red int.

The order guide says "polished" 18" wheels.

I understand it says polished, but it may not be bare polished. (the outer lip of the current bullitts are pollished and clear coated)

if they are, great, thats what I like, but have you seen what bare polished alluminum looks like after one winter in Chicago? oxidised and pitted.

bare polished is perfect for cars in the sun belt or car care fananitics but Ford sell to everyone

we will just have to wait and see.
