So - where do you stand on the issue of the '05 Mustang?

 

No contest. Been driving my 05 since January 2005. I guarantee no 06 owners can make that claim

I've already added the fanblades as well (which is the only thing I wanted that wasn't available for 05), so I'm all set.

I have a feeling at least one person has not gotten their car yet

Except - yours is not red - it's actually bergundy or maroon! There is only one red mustang this model year

 

This poll is pretty much for people who already own the '05.

What about people like me who are holding out for the Shelby?

 

Its red :P just a shade of red, if you want to get technical the torch red isnt "red" either :P because it has orange shade in it.

So i guess there are no red mustangs?
Only White and black ones, and everything else in between?

Only had mine 10 days and I'm glad I got it now instead of waiting for 06. The wait was too long as it was.

 

Wow most of you that have posted here got your 05's in Jan 05, mine had 2500 miles on it by then.

Got mine April 22. Order was put in though September 25, 2004. Very happy with it and the new design. I have no plans to change the outside appearance to look like an 06 other than the front upper and lower billet. The thing I do like about the 06 is that someone finally figured out that these new torque V6 mustangs require a rear stabilizer bar to lessen understeer. I just ordered the rear stabilizer bar from Ford and all the other parts that go with it... a mere $458.00 (Canadian). It would have been great to have placed this on my order as an option, I am sure it would have been less from the factory. Other than that can't say enough good things about the 05.

15,000 miles! Wow! I am at 5,500 miles. Sounds like you've been "rollin, rollin, rollin" That would work out to about 30,000 a year. Long commute or is it you just can't stop driving her?

 

You have better invested in the extended warranty @ your rate Lynell, sheesh, I received mine in February and have 6200 miles on her. No regrets, nothing, just pure excitement like this - - >>> : hyper:

I love my '05. I am however planning on trading it in on whatever SE convertible they come out with, depending on what it is. For instance, if around '08 we get a GT350, Mach 1, Boss, etc., any in convertible, I am on it.

 

whoever placed they wish the bought a 350Z !!!
