140mph the rev limiter hits in 4th, that was enough for me but i wonder what the top speed is. (5 speed man.)

 

Top speed is limited to 147 by the computer. Would probably go a little higher if you used a tuner to remove the speed limit. Has anybody tried this yet?

 

shoot if i know it was 147 i would have gone to fifth just to hit that

oh well the car pool lane on the 405N is not really the best place anyways

 

with 4.10s the limiter is a lil sooner, but i raised limit to 7k and its not comforting pushing it that high in 4th, so i switch to 5th at around 125...made it well past 150 with plenty of power band left...i think this car could top 170 with bolt ons and lowering (on a track that is)...the main limiting factor is its horrible aerodynamics at insane speed...

drove to dallas this weekend from houston and i had cruise set at 140 in 5th for about 20 miles or so before i thought about what would happen if i got cought by highway patrol and i dropped back down to 85 lol

 

Off-Topic but,
I did 120 on an Interstate for about 15 miles showing off. The problem came when I got off the highway and had to keep the car at 40 MPH.
It felt like I was crawling.

Supposedly we are "Drag Limited" at just under 150. Meaning that the aerodynamics of the car are holding you back.

I hit 120 the first day... Actually on the test drive. My salesman loved it. I haven't even crossed the 100 mark since.

i dont think it is drag limited to 150, at 140 it still had alot of juice and a whole gear to go, i would estimate the top speed to be 155-165

 

well 4th gear is about 220 KM and 5th.. is 240 KM...
220 = 137 mile..
240 = 150 mile ^^..
i took a pic and it is on my avatar.. ^^

 

and by the way there is a computer speed limted.. once it hit 235 u feel somthings grabs.. and it goes down slowly.. until 240..

ya it was and it felt stable too wish it would have lasted ya know

another thing for you all that like to go fast, make sure you check your speed rateing on your tires so you dont have any problems at that speed

my tires are rated at 190 so no worry's for me
