Kinda weird to come home and find a box from FORD with chocolate chip cookies inside, and good ones at that! Included was a card to enter for a free TV drawing and to let me know I will be invited to a Mustang clinic to answer any questions I have and to provide me with information about my new car. There will be other contests to enter once there. Granted it is a small token for spending $25,000 but I did not expect anything and it was kinda cool.

I would love to get an invitation like that! Glad to hear you're going. Do you think the cookies were baked in AAI's paint shop?

At least you got something. All I got was their dumb old surveys. No touch up paint, no cookies, nothing.

Geez, I can't even get a survey from Ford! Why does Ford hate me? Sniff Sniff! MyFord hates me too. I tried to register my car and it told me my VIN is already registered to a different owner! WTH is with that? Makes no sense to me but, at least I have the car.

Wow, all I got was a car with non-functioning global open/close windows. JK, cool, FREE COOKIES WITH EVERY MUSTANG. I guess its the only incentives Ford is prepared to offer on the car right now! Great, now more fat people will be wanting one!

Got my cookies too! They get these from the wife of the used car manager at the Toyota dealership across the street from their South location - there was a big article about her in the paper several months ago. She started a business to send these homemade cookies to new customers of several different car dealerships. They're pretty good.

No cookies for me either! That's it! I'm trading in my stang and buying a cobalt.

With my 99GT I got a a great package...

Coffee Table book on the history of the Mustang.
Leather CD case with the tri-bar pony embossed on it.
Leather keychain
3 CDs (with full jewel cases) each on covering 10 years of the best music.
Touch up Paint
Thank you letter

With this one I got great customer service, but nothing more from Ford. Kinda bummed me out.

Did you have a 35th anniversary special edition Jessica? It sounds like it from the coffee table book, cd's and keychain

I don't get anything from Ford, but my salesman sends me recipe's every once in awhile. I got a J.D. Power survey...no thanks, but I gladly kept the dollar they sent along with it

Cookies??? My folks got some of those great cloth folding chairs with the Ford logo when they bought their new Sporttrac a few years back. I just filled out their little survey and sent it in this week....maybe there's still hope...

I am impressed nit this Scuba. When you opened the box of cookies you musta been asking yourself if these cookies were hanging around as long as the wait is on getting a GT

Jessica, I got the same stuff with my 99 GT, it was a very nice package, I still have all the stuff tucked away in the box they sent. I contacted Ford's when I got my 2003 Mach 1 and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, I was hoping they would send something out because the Mach 1 was a limited production car. We better cherish what we got in 1999, they are to cheap to ever do that again. LOL
