Ford racing GT500 LCAs
I recently had to replace my LCAs on my 2006 so I figured it was an excuse to upgrade and man am I happy I did! Right after install and alignment I could feel the difference, much tighter and more firm on the turns. It has definitely pursuaded me to upgrade the rest of the suspension!

I installed mine yesterday. Grabbing the how-to off American Muscle's site, and using all new fasteners helped significantly. I ended up pulling the steering gear bolts, which were the worst part of the process. I could get a cheater bar on the passenger side bolt, but not the driver side.
Folks should also take the suggestion from the shop manual, and flip the rear arm mounting flag bolt/nuts. Install and torque were simple with them reversed. Unless your motor is out (which is probably how it was done at the factory), you won't have room with the nuts on top.
I just got back from the alignment shop, and the toe was a bit off, but otherwise the arms bolted back in without much change to the geometry.
