First 06 in SD
its suppose to be a GT and thats all I know right now, but what I dont get is that they will also be getting another 05 (have one on the lot now), if they are building 06s doesnt that mean they are done building 05s? and havent they been done building these for a while now? so how are they getting an 05 and an 06 in the same week? I dont get these dealers.
From some other post here they were saying that 05s were finished on 1st shift Friday, while the 06 production started 2nd shift. So there could actually be an 05 and 06 built on the same day.

With quality assurance holds, there might be '05's coming in still three months from now, LOL!

this is exactly what I was thinking that the 05s are still being delivered so how is it that an 06 suddenly got put on a bullet train to SD?
In November of '04, my car came in exactly eight weeks (ordered 9-15). The Calif. dealers had allocation and received the '05's much faster than many places did. At the time, there were a lot of order issues and I expected a three month wait. Don't want to open up any old wounds, but dealers right near the (Flat rock) plant had no Mustangs to sell. Anyway, this is how I remember things happened!

Production for the 05 has ended, but they will rush some 06's out. It will help with sales of standing 05's. I still want to see if they get an 06 in or not. I want to see the nuw Tungsten and the New Blue.

Could someone please take pictures of the Tungsten and Vista Blue GTs and post them once the 06's hit the street?
My local dealer is getting 2 06 GT's next week, but one is black and the other is satin silver.
Thanks!
