Finnaly get some pics up...

Well, took delivery 09/07/06 of my VB GT with all options minus the CS & GT packages. First let me apologize for the crappy pictures. I had a long day and haven't washed the car very well in awhile (stupid water spots and dirty underhood from recent work). This is the best I could do today. Hopefully, this weekend will allow some decent pictures to be posted. Since delivery, I have installed the all weather floor mats, Corsa axleback exhaust, Window tinting for this Arizona sun, Automoleskin to save the tint, CDC Shaker hood system, CDC hood struts, 8" black antenna, Eibach sportline springs and (originally forgot) WebElectric sequential turn signals. Now, I need my actual plates and to get her broken in. Then I'm thinking of a CAI and reflash. What do ya'all think? I'm truly loving this vehicle!!! and what an awesome sorce of info this forum is.

Todd

awesome, beautiful car. Do you have a wider angle pic of the side of the car. I would love to see the ride height after the eibachs

Thanks for the nice comments. I will get that prop rod off. Also, I am planning on getting some good pictures (definately the stance) this weekend if all goes well.

Can't believe I forgot to add the sequential turn signals to my modification list. Doh!
and I just ordered the X2 w/ C&L CAI from Bamachips. I was trying to hold back...grabed my arm to pull my other arm away from the mouse, but that finger was just quick enough to press the pay button. Oh well, now I'll have to modify the C&L heat shield for the Shaker hood. New GT = empty wallet!

Here are some more pics. Of course I forgot a ruler, so I used my iPod nano just for an idea of the height. The iPod is 3.5". The rear area is obviously the higher of the 2 pics. I hope this helps give an idea of the drop with the Eibach Sportline springs. I love them!

That's correct. Just the springs.
