Beautiful car, Jeff. Gorgeous color combo and probably pretty rare. By the way, just cause you're an owner now doesn't mean you have to give up being a dreamer.

Thanks for all the compliments guys & gals :worship:
This car is great! By the time I got to work this morning, I have more than 170 miles on it already
LimeGT, I'll be looking for ya! I love those silver stripes of yours!
Your right smitty, because I'm still dreaming, of the mods I want to do to this thing! When I wasn't driving it around, I was just walking around it trying to decide what I want to start doing to it!
LL05GT, That aint going away anytime soon!
Just a couple of observations about the car.
Since it has been wet or raining most of the time since I got it, I can already notice the areas that are going to collect dirt and grime; one is the lower portion of the c-scoop and most noticably, the lip around the rear valace behind the rear tires.
Is it just mine, or is the passenger seat mounted lower than the drivers side? Kinda like a ralley racer, where the navigator is basically sitting on the floor. Not that extreme though. I didn't notice that when I test drove both a GT and a 6er back in Feb.
The Shaker 500 is awsome for a stock sound system! I thought about replacing it, but I don't know now.
MyColor and the rest of the IUP is very cool! Everybody compliments about the aluminum trim.
I like the thinner inside edge of the wheel wells. This will make putting larger tires and lowering safer. No sharp inside edge to cut the sidewalls on the tires.
Oh, is it my imagination, or is it far too easy to hit the rev limiter in this beast! I have hit it 3 or 4 times already! I mean that engine just makes such smooth power all the way to the limiter! There is no hint of any letup or power decrease untill "bang" it cuts you off :bang: I have driven other cars that you can feel them start to loose power and torque well before the redline or the limiter kicks in. Not this one, the rpm's come up so fast, your at 6K before you know it. The way it feels, you could easily go to 6500 or better and still be making power. I guess I need to get a tuner to take care of that, just have to add it to my wish list.
Oh well, back to dreaming, but at least I'm driving as well
Thanks again,
jeff

Sweet ride, Jeff. Congratulations on finally getting one!
I think our cars are siblings. I see a very strong resemblance! Perhaps they're twins separated at birth? Love your choice in color and combos. GREAT TASTE! hee hee
Enjoy your new pony and drive carefully down there! :banana2: :drive:
