Wow!! Thats all I can say to Sonic Blue! I hope they don't ditch this color after the first year because I'd like to get a Cobra in this color. Every other bright blue that Ford tried on the 99+ was pretty much a failure. (Bright Atlantic Blue)

Nice pics. Sonic Blue looks good here, but when I've I see it on the current car in a bright light, it looks too purple. True Blue's more to my liking.

The black vertical bars in the lower front end look more like a plastic insert compared to previous pre-production cars, where the same vertical front bars (body colored) are actually integrated into the unit. I like it either way, but I wonder if they changed it to save a few $?

 

Good eye it does look like an insert...I like that better i think. Nice contrast. I want to paint the entire lower lip black so that's working for me completely!

Im thinking that they may have already started assembly line production on this car, maybe not at full speed, but they are starting to trickle out, weve seen a lot of different cars.

 

Yeap...limited production...thats how they build cars...they barely move em down the line so that they can get everything going...then they build up speed.

Nope, I don't go out that way cruising much, it's a little bit of a drive for me. I'll try my best to get out there sometime this summer. But I'll be working 2 jobs, so things might be crazy. Haha I would just need to know like 2 weeks in advance as to where everyone is going. haha

The only Motown Muscle meet I've been to was the Dungans one for Chris Jackson and a little bit during the Dream Cruise. We walked over to the parking lot they were at. And I got drunk before hoping on the bus to take us back to the lot I was at. Yelled at the driver to do a 6 wheel peel... but she didn't Ha. Haven't met 2V and truebluestang yet. I do from time to time hang out with the Tri-State Muscle people.
