I want to know if the hood was made of fibreglass like the 2004...tanks in advance B)

 

Nope, the new hoods are aluminum. Saw it in Nashville at the MCA show. Lighter weight, but I'm not sure how they will fare during a hail storm. (I live in the South and we do get a lot of thunder storms and some have hail too.)
