We'll I went to the mall today and there was some special event going on and I noticed there was a sign that said free valet. We'll I figured what the heck it's free, why not. When I pull up I noticed there was a line of i guess, nice expensive cars parked in the red zone in front of the mall, where everybody could see them, and all the other cars were parked in A lot in the distance. So I give my keys to the valent guy and go do a little shopping ( had to get a few birthday presents)... We'll when I am done with the mall and go back out to get my car I walk out and see my car parked in the red zone in front of the mall in between a new zo6 vette and some Mercedes Benz that I have never seen before ( there was about 15 cars, all about 50K plus). At the front of the line up there was a newer ferrari, behind that a Bentley and about 6 cars back was my good old mustang, lookn beauiful No big deal right but I thought it was pretty cool that a 30k car like ours was put in the same line up as all the 50k plus cars... I usually don't car about stuff like this but it was cool walking out of the mall and seeing my car in front parked with all the big baller cars....It made me even more proud of my mustang...

Not too much, Swapped out my stingers for the pypes mid muffler and picked up a set of mac longtubes but have not installed them yet. Did you get the procharger or vortech, last time we talked you were still deciding...

Polished Vortech HO. The shop offered me deal I could not refuse. I've seen just kits online alone cost almost as much as what I paid for my entire system installed and dyno tuned.

Saved enough money to do guages at install time. Wideband and boost. I cannot wait seriously until Tuesday...

I got Autometer GS series guages, they match factory guages perfectly IMO.

That is cool but I agree, I'd have a hard time letting a valet drive mine.

 

I know I know, after I gave the guy my keys I walked inside and thought, "I better go back out and watch him drive it away. I stood there looking through the glass window for a few minutes to watch them drive it off, ( and to hear my exhaust). But after a few minutes I just went and did my thing... I did check the miles also

If there was one thing I wish we could have and that would a "valet switch" or something that limits the car to 20mph or 2000 rpms or both

 

I keep thinking of Ferris Buellers Day off when those valets took that vintage car and beat the hell out of it

The GT500 comes that way from the factory, you must drive 5 continues miles or 50 key starts before it will make any boost or go over 4000 RPM. We know Ford can do it with the computer, It would be nice if they gave you switch for it.
