I'm guilty of "the look back" and "the stare" too... I'll take breaks at work just to stand by the back doors and watch her just sit there

1. It's my daily driver and I still want to take it out every night, just for the fun of it!
2. I love the way Hendrix's "Highway Child" sounds in it!

The look back...................

Since the day I got it, I will park at work, start heading towards the building..........

And look back to see it one more time just sitting there......

I look back, sometimes even go back to my car just to look at her closer.

I stomped on it the first time yesterday(I've had the car for 3 weeks). I can't believe the power and speed.

I love the SOUND when my foot is on the gas pedal while passing a slowpoke. Everyday, I do the LOOK BACK. and the admiring gazes and thumbs up I get on the road are AWESOME!

Since I haven't taken delivery yet, the most fun I'm having is buying bolt-on parts for it in anticipation of its arrival!

I do the exact same thing. Did this with some of my other cars but not as much as I do with this one.

#1 has to be the looks. I've seen some people alter them and they look even better, but it's real safe to just leave the whole appearance stock.
#2 Has to be the performance. Yes there are $32,000 Subarus that can either keep up or be slightly quicker but lets face it, the degree of faster on those ugly little buggers can't make up for the total breath-taking package contained within each Mustang. Besides, if you spend some time and maybe $3,000 you can look 10x better and take care of those pesky rice patties.

Everything else is just icing.

I do the garage stare all the time. It's the last thing I do every night before going to bed.

1) I like that it appeals to such a wide spectrum of folks. I've gotten thumbs-up from 10 year old kids, teenagers, construction guys, all kinds of white collar guys and gals, and seniors. Everyone knows what a Mustang is, and there are fans in every demographic...

2) Raw power. I looked long and hard and drove a BMW 330Ci before deciding on the Mustang GT, and the visceral aspect of the Mustang is easily more satisfying than the sophistication of the B. The B is plenty quick, will outhandle the Mustang pretty easily, has all the high-tech sophistication you could ever want, and is excellent for impressing professional types. But Caroll Shelby said it best when he said, "horsepower sells cars, but torque wins races." My co-workers all like the looks of the Mustang, but when I actually take them for a ride, even without really getting on it, they are impressed with the lurking power.

3) The sound. Without a doubt, the best-sounding stock exhaust tone from any car I have ever owned. I'm sure a Bassani or Flowmaster would even improve it, but I am totally satisfied with the sound of the stock mufflers and pipes.

This is the Mustang I always wanted but didnt get to have. Was so in love with the 67-68 fastbacks when I was a kid. By the time I could afford one, 73 was done and gone and I didnt want the ones made then.... until now. My wife is a reluctant admirer. She wont drive it.

I look back when I get to work. After work I come out the door and sometimes just stare. Driving this car must be a lot like hanging out with Ashley Judd. Everyone looks.

What do I like the best? How can I list just ONE think. I love the sound when your on it a bit, WOT its like being at the drag strip. Shes beautiful, sexy, sleek and fast.
Perhaps the one thing that stands out the most is the look.

Walking like a man,
hitting like a hammer,
she's a juvenile scam.
Never was a quitter,
tasty like a raindrop,
she's got the look.
Heavenly bound
cause heaven's got a number
when she's spinning me around,
Kissing is a colour,
her loving is a wild dog,
she's got the look.

Fire in the ice,
naked to the T-bone
is a lover's disguise.
Banging on the head drum,
shaking like a mad bull,
she's got the look.
Swaying to the band,
moving like a hammer,
she's a miracle man.
Loving is the ocean,
Kissing is the wet sand,
she's got the look.

Im totally taken.

If I could only name one thing it would be the style. I absolutely love how it looks. I cant get enough of looking at it or others.

Other than exterrior asthetics, I love the way it sounds, the power, the comfortable seats and aluminum dash. It's everything I ever wanted in a car and more.

She's yellow....(and I never thought I would drive a yellow car) and stands out in the sea of blues blacks greys and reds here.

I love attention..

Its freaking beautiful......

AND I have never had so much fun driving a car before in my life.
