I don't think the V6 will be considered just a "base" car anymore. This will be a fun car to drive and a great entry-level car for the ones challenged for GT insurance. just a few years ago the v6's were wheezy with only like 140 hp.. this is a nice, torquey engine, with nice wheels and proportions... will be a great buy

im with you all the way man. this s especially true for us young buyers who dont have that high of a budget. oh ya and i think the new V6's side stripe looks way better that the current one's. i like how this v6 has the spoiler. the one's without it just look way to plain for me.

Everytime I see a pic of the V6's grill it makes me appreciate the fog lights of the GT just that much more. At first I really didn't care for the fog lights but now it looks empty without them.

What does everyone think of the blacked out rocker panel area?

To me, it looks great from a distance and really carries over the look of the classic Mustang proportions, but up close it looks a little, I dunno, cheap.

A coworker of mine is looking at those three pictures going "ohhhhhhhh, that's nice"! I think that just sold him. He drooled on my desk calendar.

I really like the blackout panel...

It makes it look nice and clean(er)

V6/GT had the lines under there before...now its a nice 'opening' like look

Anyone else not thrilled with the side stripe?
The car looks very nice, but I agree the stripe has to go

Compared to the last 10 years or so, this V6 is going to be a solid looking car right off the lot. I see them selling very well.

I would NOT be dissapointed with the V6. I'm grateful that according to kevin the increase won't be much higher than the current one's, so I see myself better in a GT

The V6 is one nice looking car. As mustangfun said, I'm sure they will sell extremely well. Its just a sharp looking design with an excellent powerplant.
