Anybody else having problems with the ERL? it says "we are unable to process automated requests" or something like that.

 

Same here.

ERL dosent want to talk to me either. Maybe we should find a way to put some electronic flowers into her "in" box. ;-)

I will keep trying.

 

When i got my (early) '05 GT, i had no problem with the ERL. I even tracked the train from Flat Rock to the SF Bay. Now i ordered an '07 GT/CS and the darn thing won't even talk to me.

 

yeah it seems the ERL is out to lunch.... but i talked to my dealer and their Ford rep guarantees my car will be serialized either this week or next......... I hope they're not ****ting me as i have been waiting over 3 months and basically gave them an ultimatum!! Serialized by Oct. 31st or i look at other options.... (not that i can think of other options other than a Stang!)

 

Rumor has it Ford is getting rid of the ERL and switching to just the online Concepts and Fleet.Ford.com system.

 

Bummer, that takes all the fun out of your four month wait for your car.

 

I know this is more of an "Order Status & Production Info" question (that consolidated thread appears to be gone after the reorganization), but since the ERL is not working, I called my dealer to find out about where my car was (it was built on 9/29/06). He said that there is a quality hold related to the interior. Has anyone heard of this? I ordered the IUP, PTP with the charcoal panel applique, if that makes a difference.

 

I called the ERL tonight (10-26-2006, 10:00PM EST) and was able to get an update.

No change of status on my car. Still scheduled for the week of November 6th. I just hope the lady stays connected long enough for me to follow my car all the way to my dealer.
