Engine Dress up ideas, .. photos?

My Torch Red GT already has the JLT II (painted red) CAI, and now I want to do some more to the engine to dress it up a bit ..

Does anyone have any ideas here? maybe photos of what you've done.
I was thinking about the REd Silicone Radiator hose set, along with the aluminum billet hose fittings.,... but after that ????
Maybe the Fuel Rail covers? (that match my GT Pony plenum cover)

Any helpful hints would be much appreciated..

thanks
Allen

How about checking out www.midwestautogear.com for ideas. They have the intake covers, radiator covers and extentions, strut tower covers, fuse box cover, all painted to match your car. They are top quality.

I have a buddy that took the old logos off the 289's, etc, and custom made his plenum cover. It looks sweet.

I like those Fuel Rail Covers from Midwest Auto .... I'll probably get those, ... but $239 seems a tad high ... oh well, the price of progress I guess.

Be advised that with the Silicone Hose Kit and the Billet Hose Clamps you will have to trim some of the silicone hose down in order for those clamps to fit. The clamps are designed to fit stock rubber hoses and those Red Silicone hose are thicker than stock hose. So you will essentially be cutting material off the silicone hoses.

there are lots of ways to dress up your engine

I'm installing Canton's Aluminum Power steering and over flow tanks later this week.

Paint match

RECENT Quality..

Just ask anyone who has had issues with the strut covers and radiator extensions.

Heck, I was about ready to order some r-extensions even with the small rubbing issues, but you can't get them now. I'm not buying the 'Due to extremely high order volume, this product will temporarily be unavailable until current orders are fulfilled.' I'm pretty sure they pulled it until they fix the riding conditions.

I called them last week because I ordered the strut covers and they said that the extentions are going to be ready these week, starting June 1st, well see....

I considered the extensions until I read this as well. I think they would accent the WMS intake very nicely.

I agree with Bill that MWAG is using that as an excuse while they try to figure out the problem. They've already been through this once with the Shock tower covers and are probably trying to save face this time around. I've got the Rad-extensions and even though there is a rubbing issues I have to admit it's a great looking addition to the engine bay.

Where are they rubbing or touching at? Does it make the hood not sit correctly? Whats up with them?

Haven't taken pics since the rub marks appeared but here's a pic of one of them fresh out the box. The rubbing issuses are occuring on the ridged areas that go over the headlights. There are no hood issues it's just that the riges on the bottom of the hood are rubbing against the ridges or high points of the covers.
