Electrode of spark plug broken off in cylinder

HTO autolite Spark plugsPurchased HTO plugs and less than a month later ,the electrode of the spark plug on cylinder 6 broke off and is inside somewhere, I called AM and spoke with the rep who assisted me in taking pictures of the item and sending them to AM support, the codes that display on the scan tool are P0430,P0306, I was able to remove all the plugs and replaced them with motor-craft OEM. I cleared the codes and drove a short distance before the engine light started flashing, The codes that display now are P0174,P0306, & P0206 which means I have injector circuit/open cylinder for 6,
{ I guess my question is [is it probable that the electrode is stuck in the clearance of the piston/cylinder? Causing the P0206 or would that be mainly an injector circuit wiring issue or injector itself for #6??}
I’ve done all the work to my GT, since I no longer trust other mechanics to place their hands on my engine,

Go in with one of those "USB Borescope" and take a look around. There cheap on Amazon.
