Eibach Pro-Kit + Street Scene

If I get the two how low will it be? Anyone have any pictures? I don't want it to be impossible to drive. Thanks and any other information I should know when purchasing both is apperciated.

I hear it is a bad combo myself as far as hitting things with the lip.

With the stock springs and gt500 splitter I have approx 5.75-6" of front clearance.

I am dropping the car an inch with the H&R springs and Bilsteins in a couple weeks. So I am hoping to escape with about 5" of front lip clearance.

The DOT claims that speed bumps must be below 4.5" in height. Porsche sets their front lips at approx 4.6-4.75 min for this reason in the US. Some of the vettes area tad lower. But they have a flexible flap that sort of gives.

The ZO6 is really low though.

hi luckydog,

i just got the eiback pro springs and love it.
i like the street scene but i think with the eibach springs it will sit too low.

personally, with the eibach's all u will need is the street scene front facia because the stock rocker panels are already low enought. it looks really good that way and you'll save a few bucks

good luck!!

I have the Street Scene as well with stock springs and at the lowest point in the front it's about 6 1/4 inches of clearance.

I may have to go with some type of new suspension setup though since my blower is supposedly going to drop my front end.

I haven't had any problems with mine. The car is definately NOT too low with this set-up. Check out some pictures of my car in my sig. see if that helps you decide. Good luck with your decision either way.

You have to remember though... you are running 20s... that gives you an extra two inches to play with opposed to someone running 18s like me

I believe adrenalin has a SS bodykit and ProKit springs.

Maybe he'll chime in soon

doesn't the overall diameter remain the same, the tire just gets thinner, i.e., less sidewall?

Its all about tire size he could have the same height as an 18" tire. When changing rims the tire wall tends to get thinner.

This is correct. the overall diameter of the wheels "stays" the same. The rear tires is actually slightly shorter than stock on mine (but as close as you can get with BFG's and 285 wide, A 275/35/R20 tire is the exact same height as factory).

That being the case your car is great example of people looking to do the same setup.

I have the Eibach Pro's with the streetscene kit and yes, you have to be careful where you go. Did some pretty nasty damage to the underneath just before I stored the car which needs to get fixed when I take the care back out in a few weeks. Here are some pics to give you an idea on what your clearance is like on and off the road Just an FYI, I am seriously considering putting the factory springs back in. Not only will I have a smooth ride again, but most of the damage I have done to the car all would have been avoided if it was just an inch higher.

Older pics but same parts at least

Does anyone know how a stang would look with just the front and rear SS fascias? Does the car look out of proportion or does it look alright?

With my GT500 kit on my Mustang, I have about 5" of ground clearence in the front. I wanted to get lowered to get rid of some wheel gap but I can't see going any lower...even an inch. I think if I do, I will definitely run into some scraping problems. I've already scraped the chin spoiler once when parking so I'm hoping that if I get bigger wheels in the future it will go a long way of giving the illusion my car is lowered a bit when it's not. I might go with just lowering the rear since it seems to sit higher than the front but I haven't seen a company that makes lowering springs for just the rear.
